Information needed to quote a PCB Design:
Following items preferred, but not all necessary in order to quote

• Schematic
• Dimensioned mechanical drawings with outline
• Netlist
• Bill of Materials, BOM
• Circuit Technology, high speed digital, RF, Analog, optical, Etc.
• Number of sides that contain SMT Components
• Critical Routing Requirements – Clock Routing, Matched Lengths, Differential Pairs, Guard Traces, Split Planes, Etc…
• Termination Scheme and requirements
• ICT Test Point requirements
• Turnaround time required and estimated start date

Items needed to Design a PCB Board:

• CAD generated netlist in Cadence Allegro format or a Schematic database in Orcad Capture or Concept. (If netlist is in other formats, we can usually convert it)
• Final Mechanical Drawing with connector locations, placement and routing keepout areas, mounting holes and all other mechanical information
• Copy of the schematic, soft copy in PDF format or the schematic database (preferred)
• Bill of Materials BOM with reference designators
• List of critical net names and routing guidelines with termination schemes
• All Data Sheets with footprint dimensions and references for Pin 1 and Pin 2 (Manufacturers part number is helpful)
• Part Numbering scheme and Silkscreen requirements, specific nomenclature required on PCB and documentation
• Design Guidelines (Fiducial locations, tooling hole locations, Assembly requirements, etc…)
• Hard copy of Purchase Order
